What to Expect
This course is a four day class that generally runs from 8-5. We give you an hour for lunch and two 15 minute breaks each day. A typical syllabus is shared here. After completion of the course, you will be expected to pass an exam. The exam covers the teachings of this course as well as general knowledge relating to the home inspection industry. Once you pass the exam, you will receive your 35 Hour Certificate of Completion.
