DPOR

You have some options to meet the criteria set forth by the DPOR in becoming a licensed home inspector. One option that we can help you to accomplish is to complete 70 hours of class work, half of which can be completed using online education. Our 35 hour class room training is DPOR approved. We provide you with a 1 month membership to InterNACHI. Your membership with InterNACHI will enable you to complete your additional 35 hours of online training. You would then need to partner with a Virginia licensed inspector to complete 25 supervised home inspections. You will also need to pass the National Home Inspector Exam.
