John and Ronda Heubi

John and Ronda are fully licensed and certified home inspectors in the states of Virginia and West Virginia. As your lead instructor, John is Certified Master Inspector and an InterNACHI Partner School affiliate.

That Place Home Inspections began inspecting homes in 2018. We are licensed in Virginia and West Virginia. We are nationally certified professional home inspectors through InterNACHI. With years of experience as home inspectors, your instructors are field seasoned pros who bring real experience to the classroom and practical tips that you will be able to use in your own business. As your instructors, we strive to prepare you to become a home inspector and become your own boss.

We are Virginia DPOR approved and have been instructing home inspectors since 2023. That Place Home Inspector Training is an InterNACHI® Training Partner. InterNACHI® School (internachi.edu) is the only U.S. Department of Education accredited home inspector college.
