The course in preparation to become a Home Inspector was excellent and professional, in my opinion it is well worthwhile even for all home owners, as you learn so much about the in's and out's of your home!

5 stars all the way. They were very detail-oriented, thorough, and professional throughout the entire process. You can tell they truly care about their work and want to make sure everything is done right. Best of the best, and I highly recommend them.

John and Ronda are knowledgable, kind and patient instructors! I took my home inspection training with them, and I really enjoyed the course (the materials were digestible and we had plenty of (photos of) on-site building inspections). I learned a lot from them, and it was a great experience.

There is a lot of material to cover, in four days. I have just completed the course and it was very smooth, well thought out, and I really appreciated the effort that they take in consistantly taking notes on ways to improve their course. They train you instead of just talking at you.

Learned so much with TPHIT! The material covered was in depth and the instructors personal experiences and knowledge helped give real world examples that really “concreted” things in. There was a ton of information covered but John and Ronda never shied away from answering questions and more than that, they welcomed them. In a field that seems somewhat territorial it was great to find folks willing to share knowledge and help another generation of inspectors get their start! Thanks TPHIT!

John and Ronda were excellent instructors. It's clear from the first day of class that they are experienced and have a passion for teaching. I'd highly recommend anyone looking to get into the field to go with ThatPlace!
